Location: East of England, Bedfordshire, Bedford
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored one-to-one tutoring sessions to students
* Create individualised lesson plans based on student's needs and goals
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Help students develop study skills and improve academic performance
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Proven experience in tutoring or teaching in a one-to-one setting
* Strong knowledge of the UK education system and curriculum
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students effectively
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Proficient in assessing student needs and adapting teaching methods
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
