Job Description
3. Assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish
4. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
5. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system
6. Assisting with the audit piece both internally and externally
7. Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policy and legislation
8. Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
9. Supporting on-boarding activities for new hires
10. Assisting with other HR tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
11. Experience in a HR or recruitment support role
12. Strong administrative and organizational skills
13. Auditing/recruitment compliance experience is advantageous
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
