Therapy Networks Lead
Locations: London / Manchester / Staines – hybrid working
Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Salary: £73,500

This role focuses on managing and developing therapist networks to enhance our customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and maintain detailed consultant network reports, collaborating with Data & Analytics teams.
* Define and implement strategies to increase consultant capacity and improve customer experience.
* Conduct annual reviews of therapist network fees, considering market conditions, and recommend adjustments to senior management.
* Manage relationships with key therapy bodies and providers to gain market insights and support strategic initiatives.
* Participate in the Provider Management team, contributing to Bupa’s strategy and fostering a culture of risk management and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors.
* Strong data analysis skills, with experience working with large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
* Understanding of healthcare industry and economics.
* Proven experience in delivering large-scale change programs or tactical interventions.
* Project management skills (desirable).
* Excellent negotiation skills and successful outcome delivery.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
