At Change Grow Live we believe training is a great way to engage and connect with people who use our services. We also consider that having a well-trained workforce supports us to deliver the best possible outcomes. We offer a wide range of training programmes, which provide varied outcomes to learners. In becoming a Volunteer Trainer (Accredited Learning) you will gain a QLS certificate for yourself through completing our internal ‘Train the Trainer’ course. The training you undertake and experiences you gain will give you a good insight into the world of training, teaching and education. As a Volunteer Trainer (Accredited Learning) you will be helping people to complete learning which has been certified by the Quality Licence Scheme (QLS). Whilst this learning does not lead to a formal qualification it is nevertheless a powerful meaningful outcome for learners – especially those who have previously struggled in traditional learning settings. You will receive an abundance of training and take a real hands on approach with the delivery. If you want to be a part of this ambitious new project to the Northamptonshire county then please do apply. You will be collaborating with the Volunteer Team Lead in the promotion, preparation, and delivery of learning across Northamptonshire. You will need to help learners to identify any support needs they have and help address these. Finally, you will have the opportunity to help us shape how we deliver learning by contributing to the review of our materials. 1/6/2023 Kieran Newell | kieran.newellcgl.org.uk | 07867379543 Please note that we require you to be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this volunteering role.
