Provide proactive solutions and build strong relationships with team members Skills and Experience Required: A minimum of three years' experience in an office-based IT support role. Proficiency in managing Windows laptops and understanding Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams. Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with AWS and MySQL databases is highly desirable. Scripting experience in Python or PHP would also be advantageous. An interest in cloud technologies is also beneficial.
