HR Data Analyst (fixed-term 12 months)

The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic HR decisions. Your role will involve analysing, interpreting, and reporting HR data to support various organizational functions. With a strong background in SuccessFactors reporting and PowerBi, you will create insightful and actionable reports that enhance our HR processes and drive overall business strategy.
Your Journey as a HR Data Analyst:
* Take ownership of data-related tickets and requests from across the business, ensuring they are actioned in compliance with the established data governance model.
* Track, monitor, and collate recurring data requests to identify patterns, ultimately recommending and developing standardised reports to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
* Maintain an up-to-date request tracker that captures details such as request type, purpose, and outcome, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into request status and that insights are actionable for future improvements.
* Manage and manipulate data within HR databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve database-related issues and support data integration processes.
* Ensure data governance standards are upheld across all databases, guaranteeing that data is maintained in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Gather, analyse, and interpret HR data from various sources, including SuccessFactors and other HR systems, to provide meaningful insights.
* Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors and PowerBi to provide real-time data to HR and business leaders.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data by performing regular audits and validations.
* Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support strategic decision-making and forecast future HR needs.
* Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights.
* Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through data analysis and propose data-driven solutions.
* Provide training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on using PowerBi tools effectively.
* Ensure all HR data analysis and reporting activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining strict confidentiality.
Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR data analysis or a related role.
* Proven expertise using SuccessFactors is beneficial but not pivotal for this role.
* Strong proficiency in PowerBi for data visualisation and dashboard creation.
* Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and data integration processes.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
