You'll be working outdoors in various weather conditions, but you'll always have control over your music and radio station choices.
To ensure your success, we utilize cutting-edge technology to pre-plan your routes and preload your van.
Since customers receive their groceries at different times, our working patterns will include evenings, weekends, and weekdays. You'll receive premium pay, increasing your average hourly earnings to £13.40 per hour, along with enhanced overtime opportunities to boost your income.
All breaks are paid, so you're compensated for every minute spent working – that's a great deal!

What do we need from you?
No prior experience is necessary to join our friendly team. Simply bring your positive attitude, and our training team will take care of the rest.
However, you will need the following driving licence requirements:
* A full UK or EU driving licence.
* A minimum of 6 months' driving experience.
* A maximum of 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
As some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, you must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Given the customer-facing nature of this role, good communication skills are essential.

Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted Days: You'll be required to work any 5 days out of 7, and further information will be provided during pre-boarding.
Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time before applying. You'll receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: This position is weekly paid. We're consulting with employees about changing our pay frequency from weekly to four-weekly. This change is proposed to take effect from 18 April 2025.
