What the Job Involves Your primary role will be to assist the Income Team Leader in managing the Sundry Invoice process, maintaining and updating records, and optimizing debt recovery efforts for the County Borough Council. You'll handle inquiries from the public regarding income dues, regularly engaging with internal departments, partners, and the general public to provide clarity and support. In addition to processing payments through various systems, you will be involved in court-related debt recovery actions, manage training on financial regulations, and contribute to new project development plans. Your proactive approach will support the development of innovative solutions to enhance service efficiencies.
