Sales Consultant
Location – South, ideally Oxford/Reading area
Salary - £30-35k + strong commission OTE £50-60k
Due to continued expansion, the company is currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to demonstrate their bespoke Rise & Recline Chairs, Adjustable Beds, and Rollators across the South of the UK. The Sales Consultant will attend appointments booked by the in-house telesales team, covering all areas across the South, calling on independent living developments.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate the range of products to potential customers.
* Attend appointments arranged by the telesales team.
* Understand individual customer requirements to offer the best possible solutions.
* Generate sales and manage own appointments after full training.
Training & Support:
* Comprehensive on-the-job training with the Sales Director for approximately 6-8 weeks.
* Gain the skills and knowledge to confidently conduct presentations, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored products.
The Person:
Requirements:
* Preferred: Business-to-consumer sales experience.
* Willingness to travel with some overnight stays (Monday to Thursday).
* Able to set up products for demonstrations.
* Full UK driving licence

Benefits:
* Monday to Friday work schedule (no bank holidays and closed for 2 weeks over Christmas).
* Competitive remuneration: £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary plus an excellent commission structure.
