Job Description We are looking for a Poker Marketing Manager to join us and will ensure we maximise our revenue for poker and positioning the Grosvenor Poker brand as the home of poker in the UK. You will support and work closely with the poker product teams both in venue and online driving the proposition and communications strategy forward with a strong focus on a number of key venues as a priority for testing and learning best practice. Brand presentation Own the creative proposition for Grosvenor Poker to ensure consistency across all comms channels and assets – working within brand guidelines Work with Rank’s internal design studio to develop a suite of assets and communication tools for local venues to use to ensure brand and message consistency Ensure consistency across all comms channels from in venue presentation and digital channels; web, social, own and-third party apps Ensure our retail poker offer is well represented on grosvenorpoker.com and have clear conversion goals and customer journeys Ensure the website, venue display, poker live app and social channels are consistent, up to date and aligned Poker communications Work closely with CRM, social and product teams to ensure we have regular, relevant and proactive communications to ensure our poker audiences are kept informed and up to date Work closely with the venues teams to provide the framework, tools and assets to ensure local messages are communicated to local audiences within a brand framework Continue to support local teams and help guide them with their local poker comms strategy, highlighting what’s working well and sharing best practice across the estate Ensure the poker base gets a balance of messages from retail and online to emphasise the multi-channel poker offering and encourage play across both channels Build a comms strategy to celebrate winners across Grosvenor poker and build into the poker player psyche Work with our PR agency and internal team to develop a proactive PR strategy and content calendar for poker as well as maximizing any newsworthy opportunities Events, Promotions and content Build a brand strategy/presence to support the GUKPT (Grosvenor UK Poker Tour) and increase awareness of the online offering Work with key partners/affiliates to amplify events and promotions to the maximum Support the product team to provide the communications and content plan for both national and local promotional to maximise revenue opportunities Work collaboratively with the product teams to report back on promotions activity and plans and show how they are laddering up to the national revenue targets Establish opportunities to maximise visitation from digital only poker customers to support the omni customer strategy Provide pre-and-post activity analysis and drive a continuous improvement framework into our activities Marketing Effectiveness & Efficiency Accurately forecast budgets and ROI Champion best practice and effectiveness, regularly reviewing key activity, evaluating, sharing and communicating out within a simple reporting framework Ensure maximum efficiency and ROI from all activity Ensure all initiatives are fully compliant with all relevant legislation, industry guidance, internal protocols and are aligned with our social responsibility approach Cultivate an environment and behaviours that reflect the Rank ‘STARS’ values and customer service principles acting as a role model for those values
