Housing Team Leader - 12 Month Fixed Term About the role We are currently looking for a professional and motivated Housing Team Leader to manage an operational team of Intensive Housing Management Officers, ensuring that service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently with the best possible customer experience. About you The right candidate for this role will be a subject matter expert in more than one service area with the ability to complete all aspects of the role, with the agility to support other service areas when required. You will have the skills to be able to effectively lead a team through all people related processes including absence management, conflict resolution, capability, leave and resource planning. As a Housing Team Leader you will be able to build close personal relationships, engaging and connecting with people on all levels, both internal and external stakeholders. You will require resilience in the role and be able to deal with difficult and challenging situations as well as complaints. To be considered for the role of the Housing Team Leader you will need to have: Level 4 qualification in a related subject or equivalent experience. Level 3 Leadership qualification, or equivalent, or a commitment to work towards. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others, whilst having a positive and solution focused approach to all aspects of the role.
