The Asset Intelligence team provides a range of proactive services to assist clients with running, optimising and managing their estate in the areas of ITAM, ITSM and Digital Experience.

As a ServiceNow Solutions Consultant, you will be expected to use your extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow to proactively work with our customers to drive adoption of ServiceNow's product from initial enquiry through to successful implementation.
As ServiceNow Solutions Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
1. Forming trusted advisor relationships with clients and our sales teams.
2. Proactively driving ServiceNow opportunities working with our sales specialists and teams.
3. Running workshops and meetings articulating ServiceNow's value proposition to clients and internal stakeholders.
4. Working with our ITSM specialists to grow our service capability.
5. Leading ServiceNow opportunities from initial qualification through to technical design/requirements including high-level scope information.
6. Clearly explaining ServiceNow's value proposition, use cases, and product benefits.
We'd love you to have:
1. A strong technical and product understanding of ServiceNow including key modules and customer use cases including standards for successful implementation.
2. The ability to clearly articulate ServiceNow's proposition.
3. Experience in selling/delivering ServiceNow solutions at mid and enterprise level.
4. Extensive experience in the sales lifecycle of ServiceNow, working with clients to understand, qualify and recommend ServiceNow solutions/modules.
5. Experience in successfully working with clients to articulate use cases for ServiceNow, explaining the benefits and requirements for a successful project.
