The Lead Project Manager will manage equipment, facility or infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning / execution.
The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Small to Medium scale Turnkey Projects or Product / Equipment-Only Projects.
* Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects that may include equipment-only, suites of products or non-turnkey projects.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy / strategy.
* In-depth understanding of key business drivers.
* In-depth understanding their team's cooperation with other teams and contribution to the area.
* Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters, with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
* May use multiple internal sources to arrive to decisions.
Required Qualifications
* This role requires advanced experience in the Project Management Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
* Technical skills and analytic thinking.
* Being able to work independently
* Proven interpersonal skills
* Ability to hire and develop talents and provides informal guidance to new team members as well.
