The role offers the chance to teach across KS3, KS4, and KS5, with a preference for candidates skilled in both Fine Art and Photography, as well as familiarity with Photoshop. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire student creativity and achievement. Collaborate with the Art team and wider Expressive Arts faculty to continually improve results and student progress. Implement and support changes and developments in the curriculum. Maintain a supportive and high-performing learning environment. Uphold and promote the school’s ethos and values. Utilise excellent behaviour management skills to foster a positive classroom culture. The Ideal Candidate Will: Be an imaginative and forward-thinking classroom practitioner. Consistently deliver good to outstanding teaching. Have strong skills in Fine Art and Photography; knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous. Be willing to engage in professional development and support the school’s aims.
