Role
We have been assigned by an award winning independent financial planning company who focuses on working with HNW-UHNW to source an experienced IFA Administration Manager to join their business. This company has multiple offices across the breadth of England. They are ideally looking for somebody to be based out of their Surrey office. Your role will be to effectively manage an experienced team of sales support/admin professional to deliver at a high level in their roles and support the wider team/business in the advice process. The team will be based out of a few different locations, and you will manage them both in person and remotely. You will be part of the senior management team reporting into the CEO. You will also be involved in companywide projects to continuously help develop and drive the business forward to provide excellent service.
Requirements
Our client is seeking somebody that is an experienced sales support/administration manager within the financial planning industry. You will have strong people management skills in order to lead your team. You will pride yourself on your standard of work, consistently driving a high level for you and your team. You will be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with your team and other key stakeholders in the business. You must be a team player and be prepared to work as collective to get the best outcome for your team, the business, and the client. You must be used to leading processes and procedures and consistently identify opportunities for improvements.
