The Role:
We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Team.
You will support the delivery cycle to meet customer expectations, liaise and interface with the 4PL provider. A 4PL is a logistics model where manufacturers assign one outside supplier the whole management and organization of their supply chain and logistics.
About you
* Experience working within Supply Chain, with a demonstrated record in following compliant processes and upholding Quality Assurance in all aspects of the supply chain.
* Be able to demonstrate skill & a level of competency in the use of - PC, Laptop & Peripheral, MS office, Adobe PDF Writer.
* Expert knowledge of Inventory and stock management, Logistics and Warehousing.
* Experience in use of large ERP Systems (ideally Oracle and Manhattan).
* Data analytic skills particularly through SQL, PowerQuery, PowerBi and Cognos.
* Able to prioritise tasks and understand when to escalate issues.
* Manage complex priorities, able to deliver key goals and objectives.
* Effective communicator confident in dealing with all levels of management.
* Eligible to obtain SC security clearance.
Responsibilities:
* You will be familiar with reconciliation report management between ERP and 4PL WMS (272).
* You will manage the facilitation of inventory disposals and collaborate with the 4PL and project teams to enable free use of space for new projects.
* You have the ability to work in a diverse team and engage with key stakeholders in a positive and progressive manner.
