About the role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting students with their learning needs, working closely with teachers to ensure each student receives the attention and assistance required to succeed. Your role will encompass both classroom support and one-on-one student engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their academic potential. Assist teachers in creating and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all students. Help track student progress, providing valuable feedback to teachers and contributing to the development of individual learning plans. Promote an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere, encouraging all students to participate fully in their learning. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents and other educational professionals to support student development. The Successful Candidate Will: Have previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a school environment. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Possess a flexible approach to working with students with varying needs and abilities and the capability to adjust to different classroom dynamics.
