Main duties of the job As Deputy Team Manager, you will provide clinical oversight and leadership to the team, working closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist (Clinical Lead) and Team Manager (Operational Lead). Your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day management and clinical supervision to staff. Supporting the ongoing development and performance management of the team. Undertaking clinical duties, including conducting assessments and managing a small caseload. Acting as Duty Manager on occasion (full shadowing support will be provided for those new to this responsibility). Deputising for the Team Manager as required.
