There are not many jobs, that are as rewarding as being a support worker. The role involves helping vulnerable and disabled people achieve their dreams and keeping their independence.
Individuals are supported with outings in the community, trips to the seaside, cinema, lunches out, museums, stately homes, as well as appointments to the doctors, hospital, personal care, medication, finance, cooking and Laundry.
You do not need experience as we give full training, however a full UK driving licence is essential and flexibility for varied shifts. Shifts are mornings/afternoons/night shift 2/3 per month and to include weekends.
