New Build Customer Service Coordinator - temp to perm!

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Job Responsibilities:
As the New Homes Customer Service Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in communication between homeowners post-move in, assisting them throughout their 2-year warranty and defect period.
Having a keen eye for detail and natural people skills is paramount, as well as being an organisational wizard!
Working for a notable housing developer, you will be exposed to the world of development and construction. Depending on where you want your career to take you, progression into aftercare, project management, or people management is a good place to start.
Requirements:
* Strong admin and IT skills.
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
* Exposure to New Homes and customer service in some capacity; ideally, our client wants someone who has worked in this role previously, or you could be in property management seeking change, or an estate agent wanting their weekends back!
