Role: Youth Coach
Responsibilities:
1. Support young people in their personal and social development.
2. Provide coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their goals.
3. Work collaboratively with other staff and external agencies.
Qualifications:
1. Experience working with youth or in a coaching role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Relevant qualifications in coaching or youth work preferred.
