Main Duties of the Partnership Manager:
Responsible for the sourcing, and onboarding of suitable retail partners Responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of Retail Partners to drive higher sales results. Accountable for driving higher product mix from partners to improve profitability Preparation of reports and forecasts to present to the sales management team Working with the marketing team to create campaigns, events and POS material and ensuring optimum deployment of these resources. Ensure a resilient pipeline of retail partners. Preparedness to coach, mentor and motivate the retail partners. Committed to achieving company sales objectives and revenue targets. Engage with and drive connections with third party sales teams
Qualifications and experience required for the Partnership Manager:
Demonstratable sales acumen and understanding of the sales process Proven experience in delivering results in a Partnership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using MS Office suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and CRM Able to undertake any travel in connection with the post An understanding of the telecoms and fibre broadband industry and associated supply chain (desirable)
