Salary: Base up to £37,000

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
The primary goal of a Business Development Manager: Midlands is to generate revenue for the company by acquiring new clients and maximising sales opportunities with existing clients.
* Building lasting relationships with customers on patch.
* Developing the commercial returns of your patch.
* Using market insights to inform decision making and actionable outcomes.
* Winning new business across our product portfolio in line with the On Trade strategy.
* Protecting and growing existing business.
* Curating and delivering best in class, disruptive activations in line with the Au Vodka brand strategy.
* Working closely with internal departments to deliver the best possible return on investment on sales investments.
* Analysing and reviewing sales and activation performance.
* Delivering against set KPI’s.
* Being confident, passionate and fun with a desire to hit target.
* Calm and able to think clearly under pressure with a clear understanding of the UK On Trade market.
* Able to prioritise effectively.
Minimum Requirements
* 2 years experience within Alcohol Account Management.
* Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
* Good knowledge or interest in event management and the alcohol industry.
* Ability to work well under pressure, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines.
* Impeccable organisational skills.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Creativity.
* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence wider teams.
* A proven track record of success in a business development role.
