Our Customer Engagement Centre Advisors are the hidden heroes ensuring our customers are truly satisfied whether following an in-store purchase, online checkout or general query about a product or service we offer. You'll handle inbound calls, email queries along with our messaging service responding in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues, and completing sales orders whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and being a brand ambassador for Holland and Barrett. The Person Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Strong customer service and sales experience with the ability to upsell. Passionate about getting things right for our customers with a first-contact resolution with the ability to inspire the same in others. Able to remain calm in pressurised circumstances. Can demonstrate resilience and be able to cope with difficult situations. A strong customer understanding, empathy, and intuition Good verbal, written and listening communication and interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with complaints and for collaborating with others across departments. Have a passion for business/performance improvement. Ability to negotiate & influence others.
