We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join an ever-growing team. In this role, you will maintain and enhance relationships with clients by upselling products while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Day to Day:
* Contact potential customers via telephone, email, or social media to generate interest and sell our products.
* Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems.
* Attend events and networking opportunities to maximise business opportunities.
* Manage both incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
* Engage prospective customers through outbound calls, introducing our products and promotions.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, keeping them informed about new releases and offers.
What we'd like to see from you:
* Confidence in using IT systems, including MS Office 365, with a working knowledge of Excel.
* Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Customer orientation with the ability to adapt/respond.
* Manage time effectively.
* Experience in a target-driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
