Contribute to the overall success of Everyone Active through ensuring the safe operations of facilities for the safety of colleagues and visitors Following Corporate H&S Standards to ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the facility Train site responsible persons in delivering corporate Health & Safety standards, and assist site management with specific issues to ensure safety of colleagues and visitors Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values Be the first port of call for incidents at sites and safeguarding concerns, to ensure the above What do you need? Be an excellent relationship builder, with solid Health, Safety and Leisure knowledge (ideally holding a NEBOSH qualification) and experience of multi-site management and team management Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills ensuring you influence all those around you and ensure that key health and safety issues are delivered throughout the region. This will Include liaison with Directors, Group Managers, Site Managers, Insurers, Councils and other Health & Safety agencies Have a strong analytical, root cause and problem - solving capabilities Have good project management skills that ensures the success of and roll out to the region of any business changes, new control measures and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
