The successful Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator shall be responsible for generating quotations, order processing, expediting, documentation, administration, invoicing, proposals and other aspects of customer service for mechanical engineering products such as valves, hydraulics, pneumatics and other.
The Sales Coordinator/ Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator ideally come from any sales, technical support, customer service or technical background associated with engineering, Full training is being provided.
Package
£30,000-£35,000 depending on experience.
4 day week + flexible working
25 days holiday including bank holidays
10 % Pension
Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Engineer / Engineering Administrator Role
Generate & provide quotations & proposals of compressed air systems & associated mechanical engineering products to customers.
Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc.
Learn all aspects of administration which includes order processing, invoicing, checking order confirmations.
Product specification plus after sales and service support.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
