Responsibleforseveralcustomeraccounts,providinghighlevelcustomerservice.
Facilitatingquotationsandansweringcustomerquestionsandqueriesastheyarise.
Escalatinganyproblematicissuesviathenecessarychannelsandensuringoverallcustomeraccountownershipismaintainedanddeveloped.
Assistingtheexternalbusinessdevelopmentteamtoattainnewcustomersandonboardingnewaccountsintothebusiness.
Responsibilities
1. Dealingwithcustomerqueriesandrelayinginformationinatimelymanner,respondingwithinamaximumof24hours.
2. Providinghighlevelcustomersupport,ensuringexpectationsaremetandimprovedwherepossible.
3. Accountspend/developmenttoagreedtargets.
4. Supportingwithforecastingandbudgetsetting.
