We are looking for a Head of Sales to work for a company within the Domestic Energy / Utility sector based in Manchester. Job Role The Head of Sales will responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker who can both manage the big picture and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that targets are consistently met or exceeded. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy & Planning • Team Leadership & Development • Customer Relationship Management • Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Cross-department Collaboration Qualifications and Experience: • 10 years experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. • 10 years experience in the energy sector with a strong background and understanding of the metering industry • Experience of MOP/MAP opportunities • Experience in the renewable energy sector • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling teams. • Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Experience increasing a company’s market share. • Leading a strong team of Negotiators. • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement tactical plans
