KBR is looking to recruit a Training / Change Lead on a 12-month contract based in Warrington / Cumbria.

Role Overview
The role is part of the PPP support to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) programme within Sellafield. The PPP support to DAM is an integrated project team with members from PPP and Sellafield’s asset management capability.
The DAM programme is a site-wide delivery improvement programme supporting Sellafield’s improvement requirements. The programme aims to address a number of issues with Sellafield’s asset management arrangements with a targeted outcome of: “An integrated information line of sight from the asset through to the enterprise that integrates activities across the asset lifecycle, removes the burden of paper-based work processes from our teams, and engages everyone in the use of modern digital technologies to inform decision making.”
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing the changes that the programme implements to achieve outcomes, identifying the target benefits and the contingent tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and outputs required to achieve the benefits.
2. Responsible for ensuring the programme and client teams understand and deliver the vision, including any evolution of the strategy that changes the vision.
3. Responsible for creation, definition, and planning of multiple change workstreams to deliver the change, contained in a transparent plan with measurable and achievable milestones.
4. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of key milestones from each workstream within the programme plan.
5. Responsible for identification and overall management of the change risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
6. Responsible for creating any temporary governance structures required to deliver the changes and/or attend any extant governance structures that are pertinent to the changes.
7. Responsible for drafting and gaining approval for communications relating to the change programme.
8. Responsible for the training associated with the programme.
Specific:
The Training/Change Lead works closely with the programme teams to ensure that the changes are embedded into Sellafield with associated training as required.
Skills / ESSENTIAL
1. Experience implementing change within a complex environment.
2. Experience of designing training in collaboration with various stakeholders aligned to a desired end state, including assessment of stakeholder requirements.
3. Developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally & collaboratively and to manage stakeholders at all levels effectively. A great listener & influencer with a demonstrable ability to develop strong & trusting working relationships.
4. Demonstrable ability to create and coordinate a resourced implementation plan with multiple workstreams requiring non-dedicated resources to deliver.
5. Comfortable creating content, presenting to stakeholders, and understanding how to define and link outputs that deliver outcomes.
Skills / DESIRABLE
1. Can create and lead temporary/transitional governance structures required to deliver the desired changes.
