Job Description
The key responsibilities for the role of Accounts Assistant (Part Time) include:
* Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and handle payments
* Ensure purchase orders follow company procedures, match invoices to orders, and input data accurately.
* Maintain supplier records, resolve queries, and process employee expenses.
* Assist the Group Management Accountant with sales reconciliations and other financial duties.
* Help with order placements, deliveries, phone queries, and support senior managers with financial analysis and ad hoc tasks.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the role of Accounts Assistant (Part Time) will have:
* experience in purchase ledger
* good Excel skills
* strong communication skills
* preferably have knowledge of Sage accounts

The role of Accounts Assistant (Part Time) offers a FTE salary of £25,000 - £30,000.
