CLIENT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR |REMOTE - BUCKS/BERKS BASED | CIRCA £25,000
We’re thrilled to work exclusively with a private Bucks/Berks-based consultancy in the people development sector, looking for a proactive Client Support Administrator to join their team. This remote role offers the chance to provide vital administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and the Client Support Team, helping ensure smooth daily operations.
As an ideal candidate, you’re tech-savvy, highly organised, and enjoy streamlining processes. With strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail, you’ll play an integral role in supporting this close-knit team, fostering a collaborative environment. Your role will involve coordinating across CRM, finance, and operational tasks to deliver high-quality support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administration & Operations Support: Manage website orders, update the CRM database and provide ad-hoc support for the Client Support Team.
2. Finance & Tracking: Oversee team expenses, support invoicing and manage online profiling portals.
3. Logistical Support: Organise workshop logistics, track client feedback, and format course materials and presentations.
4. Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, answer calls, and maintain clear, effective communication across the team.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
1. 2-3+ years in a corporate administrative or finance support role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom with a positive, solution-focused approach.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

ROLE PACKAGE:
1. 22 days annual holiday plus UK Bank Holidays (incremental increase upon number of years of service).
2. Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
3. Discretionary bonus (if company reaches their annual sales target).
4. Pension Contribution.
