Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday. 07:00 - 23:00
Location: Hybrid remote working with 2 days a week in our Pobl House Office in Llansamlet, Swansea after successful completion of 7 weeks in person training

As a Customer Centre Advisor, you'll be the travel expert crafting unforgettable adventures and turning customer dreams into reality. You'll conquer every challenge with a smile, while uncovering exciting products and services that surprise and delight our customers.
Day to day
1. Taking inbound calls from new customers, booking flights, assisting with any queries, and engaging with our frequent flying members.
2. Offering our customers irresistible, effortless, clear and memorable experiences, providing advice and guidance to help them find the right product that suits their needs.
3. Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and providing accurate information, to minimise the need for the customer to contact us again.
4. Improving revenue at every opportunity, by listening to customers and their needs and upselling where appropriate.
