We are looking for an Administrator who is experienced within the HR sector. This is a hybrid role - full time but split between On-Site and WFH.
A professional services organisation based in the LE17 area of Leicestershire.
Description
To undertake full admin duties in relation to:
1. Recruitment - Adverts, Arranging Interviews, Offers/Contracts, Onboarding
2. Payroll - Absence/Sickness
3. Ensuring Up to Date Training
4. Manage and update Inbox in relation to queries
5. Provide assistance to employees in relation to Policies and Procedures
6. Take notes at meetings as required
7. Working as wider HR Team
Profile
1. Strong Administrator who has experience within a HR background
2. Knowledge and experience of processing New Starters/Leavers/Onboarding
3. Payroll admin - monitoring and recording of Absence/Sickness
4. Experience using a HR system
5. IT Literate
6. Be empathetic, a good listener and a people person
7. Able to abide by confidentiality due to the nature of the role
8. Bring a positive attitude
Job Offer
* Full Time position
* HYBRID - 2-3 Days On Site, remaining Days WFH
* FTC
* Equivalent to £29,428pa
* Expected Start Date: beginning of May 2025
