This position is based at our Head Office. You must live within a reasonable distance to the office or be willing to relocate by the role commencement date.
Working as a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play an essential role in driving the Return on Investment for 2 major toy brands, The Entertainer & Early Learning Centre (ELC). You’ll have a passion for all things digital marketing, with a huge appetite to learn. This is an exciting opportunity, offering a chance to experience a wide mix of digital channels including PPC (Pay Per Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), Affiliates, Social, Email & Youtube. You’ll be confident analysing data, supporting campaign launches and reporting back on performance across the various channels. You will also have strong attention to detail and a willingness to support across all areas of the digital marketing mix. Ultimately, you’ll need high energy with a huge appetite for learning, with a hard work ethic.
Skills & Experience
1. A general understanding of digital marketing and channel roles.
2. An understanding of Google Analytics, exposure to GA4 a bonus.
3. An understanding of the marketing funnel and roles channels can play.
4. An understanding of affiliate marketing, AWIN experience a bonus.
5. An understanding of how paid social media campaigns work.
6. An understanding of wider digital marketing channels a bonus, but not essential.
7. A creative thinker and a tactical problem solver – able to use data to help create brilliant campaigns whilst ensuring they deliver against our core KPI’s.
8. Highly organised and adept in using spreadsheets to manage calendars, projects and reporting.
9. Strong communication skills and comfortable dealing with third parties via phone or email.
Responsibilities
• Support across all digital marketing channels, ranging from data reporting through to creative ideas for our channels.
• Performance marketing using great analytic skills and a creative approach to support sales targets.
• Report on channel and product performance using Google Analytics
• Optimise and measure campaigns across our core brands, working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the affiliate channel, optimising existing relationships and sourcing new affiliate partners for us to work with.
• Execution of ELC emails, alongside sharing and collating insights to shape our overall e-marketing activity.
• Support across the SEO channel, assisting on ticket throughput alongside the merchandising team.
• Assisting with our social channel, from idea creation to supporting on post scheduling and competition prize management.
• Work closely with the Web Merchandising team on new product additions, top sellers, pre-orders and stock availability for marketing activity.
• Support with artwork briefing and execution with suppliers.
• Work with the marketing, retail and trade teams on new product releases, ad campaigns and other key brand messages and events.
• Assist in the activation of partner activity agreements and support in reporting back the performance to the relevant team.
• Attend training and courses as agreed with the CRM Executive.
• Assist other members of the online team as required.
