Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
Overview: Leading media business seeks a highly motivated, results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their sales team, selling their bespoke membership offering to c-suite level clients.
Our client is a leading membership-based association and the organisation offers genuinely fantastic scope for fast-track career progression based on results.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with c-suite level clients.
2. Utilize an intelligent, insight-led sales approach to promote membership levels and sponsorship opportunities.
3. Cross-sell between products to maximize sales potential.
Profile of Candidate:
* At least 2 years’ sales or business development experience in B2B media, events or publishing in the financial services or technology industry.
* Ideally degree educated.
* Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
* A “hunter” mentality and approach to sales.
* High standard of interpersonal skills, professional confidence, and tenacity.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented with a desire to achieve KPIs and financial rewards.
