Elevation Procurement & Supply Chain are delighted to be parted with a developing electronics business, seeking to recruit their new Supply Chain Manager, based at their Sheffield head office facility.
The Company:
An electronics sector focused company, utilising offshore manufacturing partners to execute our volume production.
In addition they utilise a small scale test facility in Sheffield to execute low volume production testing for new products.
The Role:
• Develops appropriate low cost country supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
• Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
• Determines and provides supplier forecast to ensure key partners are aware of our capacity requirements.
• Executes material requirements planning to ensure availability of all raw materials.
• Production planning for internal small scale sample production on new products under development.
