Your skills and experience Qualifications Bachelor level in relevant professional discipline such as social work, psychology or social science (required) Master’s level in management or equivalent (desirable) Significant experience in developing and leading complex programs and services Demonstrable leadership experience Extensive knowledge of child, youth and families sector including relevant legislation and regulations.
