Hampshire Cricket is part of the Hampshire Sport & Leisure Holdings Group, based at the Utilita Bowl in Southampton. With a growing fan base and a reputation for hosting world-class events, they aim to deliver top-tier sporting and entertainment experiences.
The club has recently announced a landmark partnership with GMR Group, a leading global infrastructure company, demonstrating their ambition and commitment to excellence. As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead all commercial activities for the stadium, focusing on revenue generation, strategic partnerships, and driving commercial opportunities.
You will oversee all commercial, sponsorship, and marketing strategies while managing multiple revenue streams. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy to maximise revenue from sponsorships, partnerships, hospitality, ticket sales, retail, and non-match days.
You will also lead the marketing team in creating and implementing campaigns to increase brand awareness, grow fan engagement, and drive ticket sales through strong database growth. Key commercial relationships, including existing sponsors, partners, and media agencies, will be managed by you.
In addition, you will oversee the hospitality, ticketing, and retail operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. Exploring new business opportunities, including events, partnerships, and non-cricket revenue streams, will also be a crucial aspect of your role.
