Job Description
As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks
* Organising and scheduling interviews
* Processing employment documentation
* Updating and maintaining employee records
* Communicating with potential candidates about application processes
* Assisting in the creation and posting of job ads
* Coordinating onboarding for new employees
* Screening candidate applications
* Handling any recruitment related queries efficiently
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
* Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Experience within Recruitment or HR
