We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to join our passionate and expanding team.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our social media team and oversee our client accounts. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies for our clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity. This role requires direct interaction with clients to tailor and implement effective social media campaigns, managing content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative content creator, and a reliable team player who can drive our social media presence and ensure our clients’ success.
Full-time
Hybrid (Minimum of 2 days a week at our Retford location)
Salary: Dependent on experience
Key responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
1. Develop the social media strategy for our clients across multiple platforms and territories including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
2. Schedule, publish, and manage responses of all social media posts efficiently and effectively, ensuring tone of voice, message, and suitability align with overall business objectives and marketing strategy.
3. Create and develop ideas, writing, and repurposing content for the chosen social media platforms.
4. Collaborate with your colleagues to generate ideas and content.
5. Create reports and analysis on social activity.
6. Support in developing new business.
To be considered, the successful candidate should have:
1. Minimum 2 years experience.
2. Passion for social media and knowledge and understanding of all key platforms.
3. Creative thinking and writing. Excellent copywriting is desired with the ability to write blog posts and short form copy.
4. Confident using scheduling and analysis tools.
5. Skilled with editing software; Adobe suite desirable but not essential.
6. Strong attention to detail along with planning and execution skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Proactive and willingness to learn new skills.
9. A team player.
10. Experience in paid social media marketing is preferred but not essential.
