Monday to Thursday 8am till 4pm Friday 3.30pm
We are currently recruiting for a confident administrator to provide support for a busy reception.
The suitable candidate will have strong communication skills along with the ability to be able to complete various administrative tasks.
Skills required:
* High levels of communication
* Professional and approachable manner
* Be enthusiastic and proactive
* Strong administrative skills
* Must have previously worked in an office environment
The key responsibilities include:
* Provide excellent customer service via all communication over the phone, by email or face to face
* Use of internal systems to process and update sensitive information
* Support customers with demands or change of requirements
* Understand and control contracts whilst liaising with customers to understand their requirements
* Support the team to adapt administrative processes
* Ability to raise invoices and credit notes
* Chase overdue payments and suspend or cancel services where necessary
* Provide a triage service for monitoring requests, services or complaints
* Assisting where required with other departments administrative tasks
* Ensure all Health & Safety legislation requirements are met and implemented
