The Role
They are looking for a suitably qualified CAD Technician to join their growing team. We’re searching for a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to grow and bring fresh ideas to the team.
1. Create CAD Drawings: Transform survey data into accurate, high-quality floor plans, elevations, and sections.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensure all drawings meet company standards.
3. Data Preparation: Collaborate with site staff to deliver precise and timely data.
4. Point Cloud Processing: Help process point cloud data and support IT tasks.
5. Site Assistance: Occasionally assist with on-site surveys and equipment maintenance.
6. Support Tasks: Assist with general office duties, especially during holiday cover.
Experience
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
2. Experience with software such as Rhino, Leica Cyclone, Trimble Realworks & Revit.
3. Knowledge of point cloud data, including processing and registration.
4. Familiarity with survey packages like N4CE or similar.
5. Strong general IT skills.
