Job Title: Business Planning and Analysis Intern (FP&A)

* Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026
* Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
* Available to start working full time from July 2025

The Challenge
We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and eager-to-learn Intern to join the business planning & analytics team. This team uses analytical expertise to empower key decision-makers across the organization, including executive management, labels, sales and strategy departments. This role involves working across key titles in the current T2 portfolio, as well as future releases in the pipeline. The Intern will use and develop their existing quantitative analysis skills to build and maintain forecasting models and provide financial analysis in a global setting.
What You’ll Take On
* Assist with short- and long-term sales forecasting models to support labels and commercial strategy teams.
* Review and report on performance analysis such as weekly/quarterly forecast variances, new launch commentary and industry trends.
* Identify, frame and communicate financial insights, risks and opportunities in the context of lifecycle planning.
* Assist with scenario analysis that inform commercial strategy decisions, e.g. marketing, pricing, inventory management, etc.
* Create data and methodology visualizations for use in executive summaries and presentations.
* Ensure data accuracy for reporting and analysis through reconciliation with original sources.
* Gain an understanding of the gaming industry and market trends through internal, competitor and syndicated data platforms.
* Build and maintain good working relationships within the team and other departments including sales, strategy and operations.
What You Bring
* Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Analytics or other quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Science).
* Experience with data analysis and manipulation skills (Advanced Excel, SQL).
* Experience packaging and presenting analytics insights/complex concepts (PowerPoint).
* Highly organized and diligent with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A great team player, able to collaborate with other departments and levels within the organization to achieve end goals.
* Self-starter, intellectually curious, quick learner, proactive, and highly motivated.
Great to Have:
* Foundational understanding of statistical models (e.g. time series, regression, etc.)
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred
* A knowledge or passion for video games and/or technology
