ACCOUNTABLE TO: Registered Manager/Assistant Managers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To use a variety of manual and automated cleaning equipment to clean and sanitise all allocated areas to a very high standard.
To thoroughly clean all allocated areas including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment.
To collect, launder and return guest bedding, linen and clothing; assisting with repairs if required and advising senior staff promptly about damaged items.
To report any malfunction of equipment or fittings that require maintenance or cannot be kept to standard through normal cleaning procedures.
To show utmost respect for guests’ privacy and the dignity of each guest’s personal possessions.
To assist setting up the dining rooms and tidy dining rooms after meal-times.
To assist with kitchen duties.
To be aware of the Health and Safety statement and of C.O.S.H.H. statement and to implement policies of the company.
To read and write reports and to participate in staff and guest meetings.
To attend all mandatory training, and all other forms of training applicable to your role.
To complete other reasonable duties as may be required.
