Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairs, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance requests and inquiries.
Skills:
1. Understanding of central heating systems, laundry equipment, and hot & cold water systems.
2. Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations.
3. Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their maintenance needs.
4. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
5. Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff when required.
6. Proficient in English language for effective communication.
7. Basic Plumbing and Electrical Knowledge required.
8. Experience in hospitality industry required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £10.72-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
