RAC are on the lookout for an experienced Analyst to join our dynamic Motability team, to play a key role in supporting operational efficiency and enhancing service delivery. You will analyse key performance data and provide high-quality insights to drive continuous improvements in performance. You will be responsible for creating and delivering regular reports to support both the Motability Core and Vehicle Off Road teams. Collaborating with Forecasting and Resourcing teams, you will review and analyse trends, helping to shape and improve the production of forecasting and planning processes. Using your skills in Excel, SQL & PowerBI, Excel, you will be able to translate data into clear, actionable analytics, providing insights which will enable the team to continuously improve both the service delivered and the operational efficiency. The is a full-time role working from our Bescot office. What you will do… Work closely with the Forecasting and Resourcing teams to analyse trends helping to shape and improve the production of forecasting and planning processes. Provide support for the VOR (Vehicle Off Road) team, focusing on colleague productivity and performance. Lead trading sessions for Core Motability, VOR, Breakdown and NPS. Take the initiative in continuously reviewing performance, ensuring emerging trends are communicated to the leadership team. Review reports to identify trends and analysis and provide resulting recommendations into the Motability management team to drive performance improvements and efficiencies. Design and build of daily, weekly and monthly reports and visualisations as directed and required by the Motability Management team. Work with other analysts across Operations and DMA to ensure consistency of reporting approach. Provide support to First Line Managers in Motability to ensure they have access and understanding of the reports to enable them to drive performance of their colleagues What you will need… The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights that can support operational improvements. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. You will also need: Advanced analytical skills including but not limited to Excel, SQL and Microsoft Power platforms. A good understanding of Call Centre operations and the basic metrics that underpin performance Awareness / good knowledge of Vehicle off Road (VOR) management and processes The ability to create, develop models and solutions to support problem solving activities, scenario-modelling and statistical analysis Highly numerate with strong analytical & problem-solving skills Persuasive and logical, able to articulate complex stories in a simple and understandable way Comfortable working under pressure to very short deadlines In return we offer… At RAC, our colleagues do whatever it takes to help our customers.
