Customer Team Member
Location: 56-62 Terrace Road, Walton On Thames, KT12 2SD
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 8 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided.
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service – putting customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal – keeping the shelves stocked and making sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
* Help introduce new products and services – making changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community – getting involved in all kinds of activities and events!
