Job Title: Manager (U1)
We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Manager (U1) to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week. As a Manager (U1), you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Our ideal Manager (U1) will:
1. Previous experience in contract catering
2. Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
3. Track record of growing sales and retaining business
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams
6. Ability to liaise with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels
7. Quality and process driven with particular focus on delivering results
8. Compliant with Company policies and procedures in line with client agreements
9. IT Literate (MS Office, Email)
