The Role: The role of Customer Service Representative includes a variety of responsibilities. Coordinate between customers, repair sites, and field services Maintain records using SAP, Salesforce, and other necessary tools Manage inbox and service-related cases Handle invoicing and billing for service and repair Run simple ad hoc queries as needed Generate reports for business, service centres, or customers Ensure activities meet required SLAs Participate in projects and cross-functional meetings The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative role will possess the following: Strong customer service skills and experience Ability to meet deadlines and maintain data accuracy Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability Attention to detail Proficiency in English Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools Bachelor's degree is preferable but not essential If you have experience or interest in roles such as Customer Support Specialist, Client Service Coordinator, Service Desk Analyst, Customer Care Associate, or Customer Experience Representative, you might find the Customer Service Representative position particularly appealing.
